LANDesk Inventory Problem

If LANDesk keeps asking for inventory information, even after you’ve filled it out, do the following:

1. Go to My Computer
2. Go to your C: drive
3. Open the ldclient folder
4. Look for a file called “ldcustom.dat” and delete it
5. Go to your Start menu, then programs, then LANDesk Management
6. Click on Custom Data Forms
7. Fill out the info one more time.
8. Reboot and you should not see the form again.
